IT Infrastructure Manager

REPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT – INFORMATION AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

JOB PURPOSE:

• Provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational stewardship for SPRC's IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Telecommunications, End User Computing, and Service Desk functions.

• Ensure highly available, secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology services that support refinery, commercial, and corporate operations.

• Lead infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, vendor management, cybersecurity compliance, and disaster recovery capabilities while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives and corporate technology standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 10 year experience in industry, preferably Oil & Gas / refinery / commercial.

• At least 5 year experience as IT infrastructure lead or manager

• IT Infrastructure knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Azure/cloud, M365 environment, Network and Telecommunication, Cybersecurity, Windows and UNIX/Linux environment

• Experience in IT innovation/business project and ISO27001:2022 is preferred

• Strong vendor/managed-service governance; audit readiness (ISO/SOX/PDPA/ITIL)

• Proficient in English and Thai both spoken and written
