It Infrastructure Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, computers, servers, and network systems.
• Handle LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, and system security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage data backups, antivirus, system updates, and IT asset records.
• Provide IT support to production, warehouse, and office departments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 47 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
• CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or A+ certification is an advantage.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
