Manages IT infrastructure projects like network upgrades and server migrations, designs scalable solutions, and coordinates with teams and vendors using Cisco/Juniper devices and TCP/IP networking.
Infrastructure Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects including:
- Network upgrades
- Server migrations
- Infrastructure deployments
- System integration projects
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including:
- Network architecture diagrams
- Implementation plans
- Technical documentation
- Provide post-project support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Experience configuring and supporting Cisco or Juniper network devices.
- Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP
- VLAN
- DNS
- DHCP
- VPN
- Routing and Switching
- Firewall technologies
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as:
- CCNA
- CCNP
- JNCIA
- Equivalent networking certifications
- Experience with virtualization technologies:
- VMware
- Hyper-V
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience working in a global or multicultural IT environment.
- Korean and English bilingual communication skills preferred.
