IT Infrastructure Operations Senior Analyst
Summary
Senior analyst oversees IT infrastructure operations, ensuring on-prem and cloud systems meet SLAs by managing servers, storage, networking, and Azure cloud services while coordinating with engineering and service desk teams.
Oversees operational processes supporting IT environment both on premise and in the cloud to ensure the environments perform within defined service level agreements. Infrastructure areas covered will include servers, storage, databases, networking, and cloud platform as a service offerings. The position will work closely with the Engineering team, End User Computing, and managed service partners to configure and manage processes around deployment, decommissioning, patching and updates, software packaging, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, and cost management. The position will also oversee Service Desk activities and ensure continued process improvement and that SLAs are adhered to.
