The IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting IT Infrastructure and End-User Computing (EUC) operations at ATI, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient service delivery through hands-on technical expertise.

This role serves as a key bridge with global tower leads (Network, EUC, Server & Storage, and Security), ensuring strong alignment, clear communication, effective execution of global IT standards and initiatives within the local environment.

In addition to operational support and incident handling, the position plays a critical role in driving coordination, continuous improvement, and infrastructure transformation efforts. The role is designed to develop into a leadership position, with a strong focus on global collaboration and operational governance.

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for IT Infrastructure and End-User Computing (EUC) operations at ATI
• Hands-on expert, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient service delivery
• Implementation and enforcement of global IT standards, policies, and procedures within ATI
• Close alignment and regular coordination with global tower leads (Network, EUC, Server & Storage, Security)
• Operational governance, including service performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and continuous service improvement
• Budget planning, cost control, and contribution to investment and lifecycle planning for infrastructure and EUC services
• Acting as the primary escalation point for infrastructure- and EUC-related incidents, risks, and compliance topics
• Support of transformation initiatives, including standardization, automation, and modernization of infrastructure services
