Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿50,000 per month

【Job Description】
(1) Oversee IT infrastructure and helpdesk management, serving as the contact point for external vendors, managing PC setups, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, accounts, printers, Wi-Fi, AV equipment, mobile phones, and IT asset inventories.
(2) Assist the Information Security Officer by managing guest Wi-Fi, BCP, IT policies, password controls, USB usage, IT audits, authority reviews, Microsoft 365 security, EDR, antivirus, phishing training, incident response, risk assessments, and system disaster recovery procedures.
(3) Drive DX initiatives, including digitizing internal regulations, organization charts, payslips, workflows, HR/leave/overtime requests, evaluation sheets, recruitment, vehicle/asset management, and indirect purchasing processes.
(4) Promote Copilot AI adoption over the next 3 years by conducting Copilot and prompt engineering training, collecting use cases, building Copilot Agents, creating AI guidelines, and measuring utilization effectiveness.
(5) Support data utilization and visualization by leveraging Power BI, Excel automation, KPI dashboards, inventory analysis, labor cost analysis, and equipment operation analytics.

【Qualification】
⎼ Language: Business or Intermediate level of English
⎼ Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
⎼ Solid understanding of basic network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and experience handling ISO/IATF compliance
