About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Section Head to lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations to support business and manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, and IT systems.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure across the company.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventive measures.
Manage IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Implement IT security policies, access controls, and data protection procedures.
Lead and supervise the IT infrastructure team, ensuring effective service delivery and technical support.
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to resolve IT issues and improve infrastructure performance.
Manage IT infrastructure budgets, equipment, licenses, and vendor services.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and infrastructure reports.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems administration, with leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Experience managing servers, virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and backup systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments.
