IT Infrastructure & Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy resilient, scalable enterprise infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS), hypervisors (VMware), and hybrid architectures.

• Manage enterprise compute and storage governance, ensuring optimal resource allocation, redundancy, disaster recovery readiness, and performance efficiency.

• Oversee corporate networking and defense systems, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Cisco routing/switching, and next-generation firewall technologies (e.g., AWS Firewall).

• Enforce perimeter security controls, threat detection, and segmentation protocols to safeguard data and protect network traffic against emerging vulnerabilities.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT infrastructure and security team, fostering operational excellence, continuous skill development, and strong team alignment.

• Direct the IT Change Management process, assessing security risks, managing system updates, and ensuring minimal operational disruption during infrastructure rollouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record in leading complex projects and teams. Priority consideration for candidates with hands-on and PM experience in Cyber Security, SIEM, DLP, on-premises, AWS, etc.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (cloud, servers, networks, storage) and familiarity with network security technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
