IT Infrastructure, Security & Operation
Description
What You'll Do
Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into infrastructure and network solutions, taking into account capacity, availability, and security needs.
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls) across head office, plant, warehouse, and branch sites to ensure connectivity and operational reliability.
Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and network incidents, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, in coordination with IT helpdesk, internet service providers (ISPs), and external vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR) to ensure infrastructure and network services support business applications (including ERP/SAP connectivity) and operational needs.
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and system integrators for procurement, implementation, integration, and managed services, and monitor vendor SLA performance.
Administer and maintain servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud environments (e.g., Windows/Linux Server, Proxmox, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Azure Databases) to ensure availability and performance.
Implement and monitor IT security controls (firewall policy, access management, patching, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation) and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, firmware/patch updates, migrations, and disaster recovery drills, including testing, cutover, and handover to users and support teams.
Prepare and update technical documentation, including network topology diagrams, IP addressing plans, configuration baselines, SOPs, and DR/BCP documents.
Manage and maintain CI/CD tools and container orchestration platforms (e.g., GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes) and integrate Static Application Security Testing (SAST) into development pipelines to improve deployment reliability and application security.
Monitor infrastructure and network performance using monitoring tools, conduct capacity planning, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, support, or implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Involvement in network, server, or infrastructure deployment, upgrade, or migration projects.
Exposure to full-cycle infrastructure project implementation (design, deployment, testing, and handover).
Familiarity with network monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, ServiceNow). Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, or ITIL are an advantage
