IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / Client Audits)

About the Role
Manage Windows, M365, Network & Firewall systems, ensure alignment with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls, and play a key role in supporting client security audits and due-diligence reviews during onboarding and ongoing engagements.
This is a hands-on, hybrid IT Infrastructure + Security role ideal for professionals who enjoy both technical implementation and compliance-driven responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Manage and support Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Azure AD, including MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, and Exchange Online security configurations.
• Maintain user provisioning/de-provisioning, access control, and group policies per least-privilege principles.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (Fortigate, Palo Alto, Sophos), VPNs, and endpoint protection systems.
• Oversee patch management, vulnerability closure, and endpoint hardening.
• Maintain updated IT asset inventory, backups, and DR readiness.

Security Operations & Compliance

• Implement and maintain controls aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
• Perform periodic access reviews, log monitoring, and compliance evidence updates.
• Coordinate and support external and internal security audits.
• Participate in vulnerability assessment remediation and risk mitigation planning.
• Assist in incident response, SIEM alerts, and root cause analysis with the Security Manager.

Client Security Audits & Due Diligence

• Act as the primary technical contact for client security audits and pre-contract security assessments.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation, audit evidence, and compliance artifacts requested by clients.
• Collaborate with clients InfoSec teams to address audit queries regarding TekVizions IT and data protection controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of client-raised security action items.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain SOPs, IT policies, and network diagrams.
• Ensure that infrastructure changes comply with change management and audit documentation requirements.
• Contribute to internal security awareness and compliance training.

Required Skills & Experience

• CCgement tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: MCSA / MS-102 / Azure Administrator
• CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor
• Fortinet NSE / Network+
