Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for operational support, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure platforms, including Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Server, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, and related services. Owns incident, problem, change, and service request handling while ensuring stability, security, and high service availability. Works closely with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
