IT Infrastructure & Support Lead
What you will do
Handle laptop onboarding and offboarding: setup, imaging, account creation and removal, asset handover and records
Manage and maintain Windows devices: updates, security policies, user access and troubleshooting
Install, configure and maintain business applications and antivirus across all devices
Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, Gmail, Drive, sharing and security settings)
Troubleshoot and maintain office networks: LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewall and internet connectivity
Resolve printer and peripheral issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors
Manage CCTV systems: installation coordination, monitoring, recording storage and access
Roll out AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT or similar) to staff and train employees to use them safely and productively
Work with each department to find repetitive manual tasks, then build and maintain basic automations using AI and no-code/low-code tools (such as Google Apps Script, AppSheet, Zapier, Make or n8n) so teams work more efficiently
Provide IT support to the head office and subsidiaries, including on-site visits
Manage relationships with vendors and internet providers: follow up issues, compare quotes and escalate when needed
Keep IT documentation up to date: asset inventory, network diagrams, access lists and simple how-to guides
Report IT status, risks and budget recommendations to management in clear, non-technical language
Build the IT team as the group grows: define roles, hire, train and lead IT staff, and set up support processes and service levels
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure, preferably as the lead or sole IT person in a company
Proven experience leading, mentoring or supervising IT staff or vendors, and the ambition to build and lead a team
Strong hands-on skills in Windows, networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN), printers, antivirus and CCTV
Experience administering Google Workspace
Good working knowledge of AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude) and hands-on experience building basic automations (such as Google Apps Script, AppSheet, Zapier, Make or n8n), with the ability to teach non-technical users
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written: able to explain technical issues simply to staff, present clearly to management, and negotiate firmly with vendors
Patient, service-minded and calm under pressure; able to prioritise many requests across several companies
Able to work independently and take ownership without close supervision
Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) with a valid driving licence (SIM A or SIM C) for travel between the head office and subsidiaries
Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, Microsoft or Google Workspace Administrator are a plus
