IT Infrastructure Support

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month

About the role

Manage Data Center operations as local PIC support, monitoring and maintaining IT asset lifecycle and infrastructure availability while coordinating with hardware, network vendors, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Data Center operations as local PIC support

• Monitor and maintain IT asset lifecycle and infrastructure availability

• Coordinate with hardware, network vendors, and service providers (DWDM, Metro-E, VPN IP, etc.)

• Support connectivity requests with regulators, SRO, and internal teams

• Monitor and troubleshoot network and server incidents

• Perform daily infrastructure health checks and maintain related documentation

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure (topology, devices, and configuration)

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, and Switching

• Familiar with Windows and/or Linux Server environments

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience in Data Center, Infrastructure Support, or Network Support is a plus
