We are looking for IT professionals to join our growing team across Technical Support, System Administration, Network Engineering, and IT Infrastructure Operations.

Available Opportunities
1. Technical Support Engineer / Application Support
Monitor systems, applications, alerts, and incidents.
Perform initial troubleshooting, incident triage, and escalation.
Support telecom, IVR, contact-center platforms, and third-party applications.
Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.
Support 24/7 operations and shifting schedules when required.
2. System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Support
Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and routine maintenance.
Support Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, access management, backups, and recovery.
Maintain system availability, security, and technical documentation.
3. Network Engineer / Network Infrastructure & Security
Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Configure and support next-generation firewalls (NGFW).
Perform network provisioning, segmentation, and security configuration.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, and connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance and implement appropriate security controls.
Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Relevant experience in technical support, application support, system administration, network engineering, or IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, system monitoring, or incident management, depending on the position.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to work onsite or on shifting schedules when required by the assigned project.
Additional Requirements for Specialized Roles
Technical Support: Experience in application operations, incident management, monitoring, or telecom/contact-center support is an advantage.
System Administrator: Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, backups, or cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
Network Engineer: Candidates should have approximately 4–5 years of solid network infrastructure experience, particularly with NGFW, network provisioning, network segmentation, and network security.
