IT Innovation Supervisor

Job Description:

• Cooperate with Business unit for identify appropiate technology or tools for support and resolve operation issue for more stebilize and speed up ex. AI, Automation tools or IT Technology, others.

• Cooperate with 3rd parties to build sandbox, prove of concept, and design for permanent solution including implement and maintain IT technology, tools, and AI.

• Conduct and control about related policies and procedures including related document to align with company business rule and security regulation, regulatory and global standard.

• Create, review, update IT Technology or AI tools lifecycle and have experience in project management standard (CMMI) and ITIL.

• Involve in IT projects and others company assignment task.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Information System, Information Technology, AI or any related fields.

• Have direct experiences in IT System or Project management at least 3 years.

• Good analytical skills for root cause analysis, with ability to initiate both preventive and permanent solutions.

• Strong technology enthusiasm with ability to track market trands, evaluate new tools, and initiate proof-of-concept pilots that benefits the company.

• Innovation & Creative thinking for new Tools/ AI/ IT Technologies which suitable for company usages.

• Good command in English and Strong communication with cross funtional teams.
