Join our team as an IT Inspector / Auditor and play a key role in ensuring IT and cybersecurity compliance of BNP Paribas Group entities worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT audit/IT control.

  • Fluency in English – min. C1 level.

  • Basic knowledge of IT management processes (IT governance, IT application development, IT production, IT continuity, cybersecurity, IT third party management),

  • Basic knowledge of main IT technology solutions (DBMS, OS, LAN/WAN/WLAN/SAN etc.),

  • Basic knowledge of technical solutions in the field of cybersecurity, including IAM, firewall, SIEM, and SOAR systems.

  • Knowledge of main standards of IT audit, IT control and IT security, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000, and MITRE ATT&CK.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Accuracy, reliability and credibility.

  • A strong commitment to business travel abroad (minimum 4-5 weeks, 3 times a year, mostly in Europe).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform audit assignments in the IT/cybersecurity area as part of the 3rd line of defence in BNP Group entities worldwide, identify risks and prepare audit plans, scopes and methodologies.

  • Present audit approach to auditees, conduct audit tests and formulate findings and recommendations.

  • Prepare and verify post-audit documentation, including audit reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct annual risk analyses in relation to the IT/cybersecurity area in dedicated audit units of the BNP Group.

  • Document audit work in IT systems, following internal standards and methodology of the BNP Group's Inspection Generale.

  • Verify and assess the implementation of post-audit recommendations to ensure effective remediation.

  • Conduct analyses of selected incidents, projects, and other activities to identify areas for improvement.
