The intern will design and implement solutions that identify suitable training courses for staff, automate registration processes, and update internal systems for staff training records.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in developing AI systems and RPA solutions using UiPath, while contributing to the automation of HR workflows and the integration of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an AI-based solution to recommend courses to staff
- Automate course registration workflows using UiPath RPA
- Collaborate with HR Learning & Development team and Marine IT team
- Document processes and create reusable automation scripts.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in UiPath RPA.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
