Job Overview
This role is a key IT talent management trainee position, designed to develop future IT leaders through hands-on projects and cross-functional exposure. Responsibilities include ERP (NetSuite / Oracle), WordPress system maintenance, AWS cloud management, IVR system operations, BI (Business Intelligence), and AI implementation projects, supporting enterprise IT modernization and operational efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support NetSuite / Oracle ERP implementation, upgrades, and system optimization
2. Assist with ERP coding / scripting, system integration, and process improvements
3. Participate in WordPress system setup, maintenance, and user management
4. Assist in AWS cloud services setup, resource management, and deployment
5. Participate in IVR system configuration and optimization to enhance automated customer service and user experience
6. Support BI system setup and reporting to provide actionable business insights
7. Drive AI technology implementation in enterprise processes (e.g., customer support, knowledge base, automation, data analysis)
8. Support cross-functional IT requirements and collaborate with headquarters and overseas teams
