Looking to combine your IT knowledge with operational coordination in a fast-paced healthcare setting? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing IT equipment, logistics, and technical assets within a critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the setup, relocation, and technical support of IT equipment and related fixtures within the department.
- Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory records for computer hardware, laptops, printers, and other IT assets to support daily operations and contingency readiness.
- Oversee the functionality of CCTV systems, including routine checks, documentation, maintenance coordination, and synchronization of system timings.
- Ensure accurate documentation of IT assets and equipment movements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support and timely resolution of equipment-related matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in IT support, IT asset management, logistics coordination, storekeeping, or a related operational role is advantageous.
- Comfortable managing IT equipment and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commence work within a short notice is an advantage.
