Our client is a well-established organisation in Singapore seeking an experienced hands-on IT Manager – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure to oversee its IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity framework, governance, security controls and related policies.
  • Oversee cybersecurity incidents, threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring appropriate investigation, remediation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate security reviews, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical IT systems.
  • Manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, networks and systems, ensuring reliability, security and resilience.
  • Lead IT infrastructure and technology projects, working with internal stakeholders, developers and external vendors.
  • Manage technology partners and service providers to ensure effective delivery and compliance with required standards.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery and technology resilience planning.
  • Manage, coach and develop the IT team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and delivery.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and senior management on technology, cybersecurity and risk matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of relevant IT experience, with solid exposure to both IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing an IT team, including day-to-day operations and delivery.
  • Strong experience in IT security, infrastructure management, risk management and incident response.
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity policies, controls and governance processes.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity and data protection requirements in Singapore.
  • PDPA compliance or DPO exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Experience managing IT projects, vendors and external technology partners.
  • Hands-on, organised and proactive approach to IT operations and technology initiatives.
