IT Manager

Responsible for managing daily IT operations, ensuring user satisfaction and SLA compliance, analyzing user and infrastructure needs to drive process improvements, overseeing the timely delivery of IT projects, managing the annual IT budget effectively, and ensuring efficient IT Help Desk operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Assistant Manager
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry or IT consulting
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, web and mobile application development, and IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, routers, switches, access points, firewalls, virtualization, and related technologies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Willing to be based in Bandung
