IT Manager(Digital Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement an operations and maintenance team to provide project support for current and future industrialization.

• Provide systematic guidance to team members to enhance team cohesion and unity.

• Overall plan and select early-stage solutions and project initiation for intelligent manufacturing projects.

• Identify project progress and risks, coordinate project resources, and resolve project risks.

• Responsible for the final review of business solutions.

• Resolve complex issues in operations and maintenance projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing-related positions, with skills in planning and designing digital manufacturing system solutions.

• Having planned and led the implementation of at least 2 digital manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, WMS, QMS, etc.).

• Solid computer-related professional knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming and database language.

• Teamwork and team management experience.

• Skilled in communication in Chinese-Mandarin(Need liaise the HQ of China and Supplier in China), English, and Malaysian.
