IT Manager - ERP & Business Systems

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems; Orderwise or a similar platform would be advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with network infrastructure, security and troubleshooting
• Experience providing hands-on IT support in a business environment
• Experience working with third-party IT providers
• Ability to identify and implement system improvements

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the day-to-day IT function across our business
• Support our ERP system, Microsoft 365 and other key business applications
• Maintain our Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and IT infrastructure
• Provide hands-on support for users, hardware, software and technical issues
• Work with external IT providers on upgrades, cybersecurity and business continuity
• Drive continuous improvements to our systems, processes and overall IT environment

We are a successful and growing business based in Wolverhampton, working on-site Monday to Friday in an office-based role. We are offering a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 and an opportunity to join a team where you can take ownership of our IT function, make a real difference and help technology support our continued growth. You will work closely with our Director, internal departments and external IT partners in a hands-on role that covers ERP, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and wider business systems.
