IT Manager

Salary: $6,500 – $7,500 per month

About the role

Plan, implement, and manage the full IT infrastructure for the company. This role encompasses setting up servers, networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems, overseeing installation and configuration of hardware, software, and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Set up servers, networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems

• Oversee installation and configuration of hardware, software, and cloud services

• Identify and implement business software and tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems)

• Integrate systems across departments to ensure seamless operations

• Lead the selection, setup, and customisation of the company CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

• Manage customer data, sales pipelines, and marketing automation workflows

• Oversee the development, launch, and maintenance of company mobile and web apps

• Set up and manage the company's online store (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)

• Establish cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans

• Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments

About you

• Must be proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve productivity

• Ability to identify and implement AI solutions across departments, such as chatbots, customer service automation, content generation, and data analysis

• Ability to build automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n

• Ability to stay up to date on AI trends and recommend practical applications for the business

• Ability to ensure systems comply with data protection and industry standards (e.g., PDPA)
