IT Manager (F&B or Retail)
Salary: Rp 25,000,000 – Rp 27,000,000 per month
About the role
Lead and manage the IT function to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the company and restaurant outlets. The role will oversee IT infrastructure, business applications, ERP/POS systems, IT support, cybersecurity, vendors, and technology projects while aligning IT initiatives with business needs.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute IT strategies, policies, and annual plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, and system availability across offices and outlets.
Oversee ERP, POS, databases, and other business applications, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
Lead IT support and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents across outlets and head office.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and technology procurement.
Ensure IT security, data protection, backup, access control, and business continuity.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and digital solutions.
Lead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Prepare and manage the IT budget, resources, and technology roadmap.
Establish IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and service standards.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong experience in IT infrastructure, application support, ERP/POS, networking, and database management.
Experience supporting multi-outlet retail, F&B, hospitality, or other distributed business operations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and IT governance.
Proven experience managing IT projects, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into practical IT solutions.
