IT Manager
Fortaegis is a fast-scaling, highly ambitious and cutting-edge semiconductor company. We are looking for an IT Manager to define and drive our global IT strategy across multiple international locations in a dynamic, fast-changing and security-focused environment. This role focuses on aligning IT with business growth while managing external IT service providers responsible for day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
- Define and own the global IT strategy and roadmap
- Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and standards acting as the internal client toward the IT service provider.
- Manage external IT service providers
- Drive IT projects (e.g., migrations, office setups, tooling)
- Ensure high-quality delivery through SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Oversee global IT infrastructure, security, and compliance
- Maintain IT governance and policies
- Develop and manage the IT budget
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles
- Experience managing external IT vendors or MSPs
- Strong understanding of cloud, networking, security, and IT infrastructure
- Experience in scaling IT in a multi-office or international environment
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude when needed
