IT Manager / Head of IT

• Manage the Group's IT operations, infrastructure, and technology services.
  
• Formulate and implement IT strategies that support business objectives.
  
• Oversee IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, data protection, and infrastructure.
  
• Enhance system performance through automation, digital transformation, and process improvements.
  
• Manage IT projects, system deployments, and technology upgrades.
  
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and external technology partnerships.
  
• Develop IT policies, security controls, and business continuity frameworks.
  
• Guide, mentor, and develop the IT team to strengthen overall capabilities.
  
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to deliver IT solutions aligned with business needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• At least 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  
• Demonstrated ability to oversee IT projects, vendor relationships, and budgets.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites or outlets will be an added advantage.
