IT Manager – Infrastructure, Cloud & Security
Salary: ฿70,000 – ฿80,000 per month

Working Location: Pathumwan, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:30 – 17:30
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB per month (Depending on experience)

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
8–12 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems, or related IT functions.
Proven experience in IT Team Management, Infrastructure Projects, and System Implementation.
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, Network & Security, Virtualization, Backup, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with ITIL, IT Governance, and IT Security Standards.
Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and IT Support to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
Drive AWS Cloud Migration & Transformation projects from on-premises infrastructure.
Oversee Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, Microsoft 365, and 3CX IP-PBX.
Manage IT Security, Governance, Compliance, ITIL processes, and SLA performance.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, vendor management, budgets, and technology improvements.
Manage and develop the IT team while collaborating with management on IT strategy and business solutions.
