IT Manager Infrastructure & Systems - FnB Retail - Jakarta (B-134259)

Salary: Rp 20.000.000 – Rp 26.500.000 per month

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a FnB retail company. Currently, they are looking for IT Manager Infrastructure & Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s overall IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.

• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and store IT systems.

• Lead IT system migration, implementation, and improvement projects.

• Oversee IT setup and deployment for new stores, including POS systems, network infrastructure, CCTV, and related systems.

• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems across the organization.

• Identify and resolve IT-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders for IT projects and services.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team to ensure effective operations and service delivery.

• Monitor IT projects, budgets, timelines, and implementation progress.

• Provide technical advice and recommendations to management regarding IT systems and infrastructure.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Business-level English proficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with proven experience in an IT Manager or similar managerial role in the Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry.

• Proven experience in IT system migration and implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and store IT systems.

• Hands-on experience in new store IT setup, including POS, network, and CCTV installation.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
