An opportunity to join a high-growth, national Retail business and take ownership of its IT function at an exciting stage of growth. Working closely with Senior Leadership and stakeholders across Retail, Head Office and Distribution, you'll play a key role in ensuring the technology environment is reliable, scalable and fit for the future.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an IT professional who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems and driving continuous improvement, while also having the opportunity to shape the broader technology strategy.

The Role:

• Own the day-to-day IT function, ensuring a reliable and effective technology environment across the business
• Partner with Senior Stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
• Lead IT projects, systems implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage external technology partners, vendors and service providers
• Drive IT security, infrastructure, systems, processes and governance as the business continues to scale

Experience & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in an IT Manager, Technology Manager or senior IT leadership role
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, vendors and technology projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Commercial and solutions-focused, with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, multi-site or high-volume operational experience highly advantageous
