IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of IT department for office and warehouse in Hong Kong;

• Responsible for IT infrastructure in Hong Kong but not limited to security and IT operations calls for Asia;

• Work closely with internal global team to ensure good IT security, IT operations calls and IT support in Asia;

• Ensure the network stabilization for office and warehouse and upgrade the equipment to maximize the system performance;

• Inventory management keeping track of IT assets including laptops, desktops, access points, network switches, firewalls, portable peripherals, etc;

• Review the life cycles and subscription of the service maintenance contract;

• Maintain infrastructure, networks and servers with support from headquarters IT team;

• Budget and control the expenses on software, hardware, communications, service agreements;

• Review and implement IT audit procedures and apply the Global standards to fulfil the SOX requirements;

• Installed the proxy servers and firewall and applied the security rules for office and warehouse.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT operations with 2 years managerial experience at sizable/ MNC/ manufacturing industry;

Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills;

• Good project management skills and with the ability to multi-task;

• with IT experiences on Oracle system will be definitely an advantage;

• Familiar with multiple PC hardware and software configurations and license requirements.
