IT Manager
Salary: $6,500 – $7,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, systems, ERP applications, and user support.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily IT operations, infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user support
Administer user accounts, access rights, email, network resources, and business applications
Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and other ERP systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, ERP, and system-related issues
Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents and user requests
Manage servers, networks, computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
Oversee IT security, backup, system updates, access controls, and data protection
Plan and manage IT projects, system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and technology improvements
Manage IT vendors, software licenses, procurement, IT assets, and maintenance contracts
Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of technology resources
About you
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and ERP systems
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT security
Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, vendor management, and IT projects
Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA will be an advantage
