Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Solid experience as an IT Manager or in an equivalent role, with broad ownership in a small or lean team
- ERP experience is essential
- Syspro experience is a strong plus
- AWS experience is preferred, though Azure or GCP will be considered
- Confidence with Active Directory, enterprise networking, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- A track record of managing IT security, budgets, and supplier negotiations
- Take full ownership of the IT function and set the direction for IT across the business
- Lead a small UK-based IT team supporting sites across the UK, France, and the US, plus a worldwide sales network
- Manage infrastructure, systems, and business applications across the organisation
- Oversee cloud and on-premises technologies including AWS, Windows Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and networking
- Manage the ERP system covering supply chain and warehousing
- Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Oversee internal web applications built on MSSQL and MySQL
- Own IT security across the organisation
- Manage budgets and deal directly with suppliers on cost and value
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership
