IT Manager
About the role
The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and securing IT infrastructure and systems across multiple business divisions including mining, manufacturing, and other blue- and white-collar intensive industries in Indonesia. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership, budgeting, governance, and cross-site coordination.
Key responsibilities
Manage IT operations & infrastructure across sites
Administer servers, virtualization, storage & recovery
Oversee networks, security, compliance & audits
Lead SAP/ERP & enterprise applications management
Handle IT assets, procurement & vendor contracts
Prepare budgets, align IT strategy & digital goals
Recruit, mentor IT staff, define KPIs
Coordinate with stakeholders & report to BOD
Troubleshoot incidents, preventive maintenance, minimize downtime
Oversee programming, system development & integrity
Provide IT reports, audits & governance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10–15 years of progressive IT experience, including multi-site operations.
Strong expertise in servers, networking, security, ERP, and infrastructure.
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to operational sites and support 24/7 critical operations.
