Job Summary
Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add an IT Manager to our team in Cameron, WI. The IT Manager serves as the senior technical leader responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and Internal IT team that supports both Mosaic Technologies and Helexon, including Helexon's multistate operations. While this role supports multiple organizations and locations, regular onsite presence in Cameron is required to effectively support employees, systems, and business operations. The successful candidate understands the importance of leadership, teamwork, customer service, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering dependable technology solutions while supporting employees and driving business success.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Lead and support the Internal IT team.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and business systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and system reliability.
- Plan and implement technology projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
- Maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology assets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
