IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will play a key role at MÓ Global Eyewear, leading the company's technological strategy and ensuring the correct operation, evolution, and scalability of our information systems. Their mission will be to ensure that technology acts as a true business enabler, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and the group's digital transformation.

This position combines a solid technical vision with advanced management capabilities, team leadership, and technological project management, progressively incorporating new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, and modern architectures, in a constantly evolving environment.

What you'll do

• Main responsibilities.

· Define and execute MÓ's IT strategy, aligned with business objectives, the Strategic Plan, and the organization's Transformation Plan.

· Collaborate with different business areas to identify needs, improvement opportunities, and high-impact technological solutions.

· Establish IT governance standards, methodologies, and processes that ensure efficiency, scalability, and technological sustainability.

· Lead the integral management of technological infrastructure, corporate systems, applications, and IT architecture.

· Direct and supervise complex technological projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Manage and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and continuous learning environment.

· Guarantee information security, business continuity, and compliance with regulations and security best practices.

· Drive technological modernization through the adoption of new technologies, including automation solutions, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.

· Coordinate the relationship with technological providers and strategic partners.

Job requirements

• Job requirements

· Around 8 years of experience in responsible positions within IT areas, preferably in multinational environments.

· Solid knowledge in infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud, and technological architecture.

· Demonstrable experience in technological project management and methodologies to develop the PMO.

· Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, and technological risk management.

· Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data analytics.

· Ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions and develop IT Governance processes.
