Requirements:
  • We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring IT Manager with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting a love of learning in young people.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can lead and foster success in our IT provision for students, staff, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • We will support our exemplary Whole School Digital Support provision across our school from Prep School to Sixth Form.
  • We will set and deliver our IT strategy, aligning technology, infrastructure, data protection compliance, and budgets with the needs of our Senior and Prep Schools while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • We will lead IT projects and service development by identifying future technology requirements, planning network infrastructure, managing project delivery, and overseeing the development of our IT support team.
  • We will support teaching, learning, and staff development by working with departments to integrate technology into the curriculum, evaluating its impact on outcomes, developing IT policies, and promoting best practices through training and coaching.
  • We will manage all IT operations, systems, and security, including networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, user access, backups and disaster recovery, support services, procurement, budgets, documentation, and vendor/licensing management.
