About the role
Plans, develops, and maintains web applications and systems, ensuring reliability, security, and integration across the company while aligning IT strategies with business goals.
Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end design, delivery, and maintenance of web/system software, and manage third-party vendors
Ensure continuous uptime, handle technical support, and enforce backup, recovery, and data security protocols
Partner with leadership to drive digital solutions, manage IT project timelines and budgets, and stay updated on tech trends
Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to customize applications and meet business requirements
About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years in IT management focusing on web/system apps
JavaScript, Python, PHP, React, Django, database management, and project management skills
Proactive, analytical, highly principled, with strong stakeholder communication skills
ITIL, PMP certifications preferred
Healthcare/medical device industry experience preferred
