As an IT Manager (Reinsurance), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide day-to-day support for business applications and databases by resolving application issues, database errors, and implementing new features on time.
Translate business requirements and process needs into data requirements and system specifications.
Design, build, and maintain database frameworks for reporting and data extraction.
Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Assist with application patches, system upgrades, and database migrations.
Manage user access and permissions for applications and databases.
Perform system and application testing to ensure functionality, performance, and stability before releases and updates.
Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform optimization when needed.
Support IT audits and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
Provide backup support for IT systems and infrastructure when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application support, database administration, or systems engineering.
