Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team

• Manage IT assets — hardware, software licenses, and Google Workspace accounts

• Set basic IT policies on access control, password/security hygiene, and handling of sensitive client data

• Provide technical oversight of the firm's web applications

• Prioritize and manage the development backlog, review code, and mentor developers

• Translate operational needs into technical/code solutions

• Spot opportunities to apply AI or automation to legal and accounting workflows

• Turn requests from leadership and department heads into scoped, prioritized IT projects

• Knowledgeable in coding and web development

• Knowledgeable about AI usage and innovation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
