Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations supporting securities trading, settlement, and brokerage functions.
- Oversee trading systems, back-office platforms, market data solutions, and related applications.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, and service providers on system implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Ensure system availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor IT security controls and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Lead IT projects, including system enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and digital initiatives.
- Manage user support services and IT-related incident management.
- Prepare IT documentation, policies, procedures, and management reports.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support, infrastructure, or application management within the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience supporting securities' brokerage, trading, settlement, or wealth management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, network infrastructure, database management, and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in vendor management and project coordination.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
