IT Manager
Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for someone with an engineering and problem-solving mindset.
- We want someone who is technically curious, practical, and strong at solving problems.
- You should have genuine hands-on Linux experience and a strong interest in developing it further.
- You do not need to be a Linux specialist, but Linux should not be completely new territory.
- You will likely have broad hands-on IT or engineering experience and be comfortable working through unfamiliar technical problems.
- We are especially interested in what you have built, fixed, changed, or improved, rather than a conventional IT career path.
- Take broader ownership of our IT environment as we scale.
- Improve onboarding, troubleshooting, infrastructure, security, and resilience.
- Work with engineers on operational systems and Linux-based infrastructure.
- Automate manual processes and fix issues that are not working well.
- Handle normal day-to-day IT work.
- Investigate problems and understand the underlying cause rather than just escalating.
- Help shape how our IT environment evolves for the next stage of growth.
