Our client is one of Hong Kong's retailer, with flagship stores operating in few prime locations in Hong Kong. This IT Manager/ Senior IT Manager will serve as the head of IT department, responsible for IT operations, projects and take lead on implementing & embedding AI & Innovation solutions to improve business opeartions & productivity.

This IT Manager/ Senior IT Manager will serve as the head of IT department, responsible for IT operations, projects and take lead on implementing & embedding AI & Innovation solutions to improve business opeartions & productivity.
Responsibilities:
- IT Operations: Manage day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, network, applications to support the business's BU
- Technology Roadmap: Define IT roadmap and strategic plans to support the business with achieving goals
- Project Initiation & Management: Define project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications and AI-driven solutions
- Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, robust cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across all systems
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fields
- With 15+ years' IT experience, with at least 7+ years' in leadership roles
- Background from retail, malls, or department stores is highly preferred
- Broad IT knowledge across programming, web development, infrastructure, cloud and network solutions
- With proven use-case in adopting modern AI agents/ tools into business operations
- Core Competencies: Strong project management, strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
