IT Manager / Specialist (Infrastructure & Application )

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with corporate goals

• Manage IT team and resources effectively to support enterprise application systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs

• Business application systems, including NetSuite, POS Application

• Explore and implement new technologies to support innovation and competitiveness

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery and support

• Drive team and support change management efforts across functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• 5–7 years’ experience in IT application management, with leadership exposure

• Successfully led at least one ERP (NetSuite or equivalent) project as Project Manager

• Industry experience in Restaurant is an advantage

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of Restaurant business processes

• Proficiency in ERP systems and application development oversight

• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving mindset
