IT Manager
About the Role
As IT Manager, you own the full IT function at Pickup Coffee — the office infrastructure that keeps our central teams running, and the technology backbone across our 570+ store network. This is a leadership role with a clear operational mandate: build a team and a support model that scales with one of the fastest-growing coffee brands in the country.
You lead the IT team across two functions: office IT, responsible for network, endpoints, and corporate systems; and store IT, responsible for day-to-day store support, new store openings, and system migrations across the network. You are accountable for the health and performance of both.
Key Responsibilities
Office IT
Manage the corporate network via Omada — switches, APs, and firewall configuration and upkeep
Own endpoint lifecycle and asset management across corporate devices
Administer Google Workspace and support onboarding/offboarding workflows for corporate staff
Store IT
Maintain store network health and connectivity across 550+ locations
Own POS system administration — access control, configuration, software updates, and issue triage
Manage SOK (self-order kiosk) deployment, configuration, and issue resolution
Lead new store opening IT setup and readiness end-to-end
Plan and execute system and device migrations across the store network
Ensure store support coverage
Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-severity issues the team cannot resolve independently
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager capacity
Multi-site support background in retail, F&B, or any high-location-count environment
Solid networking foundation; hands-on Omada experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with POS systems and kiosk technology in a store operations context
Comfortable managing shift-based teams, vendor relationships, and IT budgets
