IT Manager / System Administrator

• Configure and maintain the HIS, including workflows, user permissions, and master data.

• Coordinate with the HIS vendor and manage support contracts, updates, and escalations.

• Manage the IT department budget and medium-term operational plan.

• Supervise the IT team and allocate responsibilities and daily priorities.

• Ensure compliance with information security and patient data protection requirements.

• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

• Act as the first escalation point for critical incidents affecting clinical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Mandatory: Previous IT experience in hospitals or healthcare facilities.

• Proven experience in HIS administration and hospital IT operations.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, information security, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Previous team leadership/management experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
