IT Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 (above 3.50 preferred)

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing

• Solid understanding of ERP (Business Central / Ms. Navision) process flows

• Experience in IT Infrastructure & Support management (network, server, database)

• Knowledge of dashboard development and Power BI

• In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Analytical, accountable, detail-oriented, and able to safeguard data confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and secure LAN & WAN networks, local/public IPs, routers, ISPs, and bandwidth across all sites (Jakarta & Karawang) with minimal downtime

• Manage CCTV in all sites (Jakarta & Karawang)

• Set up and maintain the Terminal Server and Database Server, including security, user access management, and licensing

• Administer databases: routine backups, tune-ups, capacity monitoring, and off-site backups for reliable data recovery

• Manage ERP: set-up, maintenance, routine cost adjustments, and ensuring ERP data accuracy

• Control software and licensing across the company network and manage third-party vendor relationships

• Select and appoint hosting providers for the company email server and website

• Manage telephony systems (PABX and VoIP) across all locations

• Develop and enforce information security policies, protecting data confidentiality and mitigating cyber risks

• Build Power BI dashboards and reports and explore AI applications for efficiency and better decision-making

• Lead and develop the IT team, and recommend system upgrades or new purchases
