We are seeking an experienced IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Expert to enhance our IT solutions within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will act as a critical point of contact between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. The role requires a solid functional and technical understanding, particularly in manufacturing and pharmaceutical environments, with an emphasis on high levels of autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between business and IT teams

  • Translate and challenge business needs into IT requirements

  • Interface with multiple European sites, including France, Italy, Germany, UK, and Hungary

  • Align stakeholders across diverse geographies

  • Work autonomously with minimal oversight

Key Requirements

  • Senior consultant experience with a strong functional and technical understanding

  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills

  • Significant exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments

  • Freelance or contractor experience

  • Familiarity with SAP in manufacturing or plant environments

  • Ability to translate business to IT effectively

  • High autonomy and capacity for remote work

Nice to Have

  • Additional languages, such as French or German

Other Details

This is a freelance or contractual role with a preference for candidates based in Budapest (Hungary) or nearby, allowing for a hybrid working model. The role offers flexibility for fully remote work for consultants based in other European countries.
