IT (MIS) OFFICER – General Affairs Support
About the role
As an As an IT (MIS) Officer at PT Samindo Resources Tbk, you will support the company’s IT operations and contribute to improving business and administrative processes through technology and digital solutions.
The role involves supporting users, understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through appropriate IT solutions and information systems.
In addition, you will support General Affairs activities, including office facilities, assets, supplies, and vendor coordination. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
Support users in resolving IT and system-related issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Understand user and business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
Support the development, implementation, and improvement of reports, dashboards, and internal IT solutions.
Support data management, basic database activities, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with IT vendors or system providers for implementation, troubleshooting, and system improvement.
Support General Affairs activities including office facilities, assets, supplies, and vendor coordination.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT, MIS, Information Systems, application support, or a similar role.
Good understanding of IT operations, business processes, and data management.
Analytical mindset with an interest in business process improvement and digitalization.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, information systems, or business applications is an advantage.
Basic programming and database knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in General Affairs, asset management, facilities, or vendor coordination is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
