IT Network Administrator
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CW Home Depot’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network connectivity.
Monitor routers, switches, core devices, and network performance.
Maintain network topology, firmware, OS, licenses, and device updates.
Ensure network failover and connectivity redundancy.
Monitor Avaya and other telephony systems.
Coordinate with IT Support on network-related issues.
Provide technical assistance and resolve IT network concerns.
Assist in IT infrastructure projects and other tasks assigned by the MIS/IT Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Network Administration.
CCNA Certification is required.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking best practices.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, IPVPN, MPLS, AWS connectivity, and structured cabling.
Avaya/Telephony knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to network-related issues.
